Rosemary Addis AM

Rosemary Addis is serious about impact. Her 35-year track record as a director and strategist spans sectors and geographies, with over two decades driving positive social and environmental outcomes through strategy, policy, and markets. As Founding Managing Partner of Mondiale Impact, she leads the partnership’s engagement with other directors and decision-makers around the world as they confront and navigate new governance realities.

Dolika Banda

Dolika Banda believes in the power of finance to erase economic and social disparity. She is a global leader in development finance and economic development in emerging markets, specialising in sub-Saharan Africa. She is an independent Non-executive Director at Harith Infrastructure Investment and CDC Group plc and a Global Ambassador for The Global Steering Group for Impact Investment.

Mario Calderini

Mario Calderini is a pioneer and international leader in social impact and purpose driven innovation. In 2021, Apolitical named Mario one of the World’s Most Influential Academics in Government. He is a full Professor at Politecnico di Milano, School of Management, wherehe teaches Management for Sustainability and Impact, while also directing Tiresia, the School’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation.

Karim Harji

Karim Harji believes that all organisations should be accountable for their social and environmental impacts. He is the Programme Director of the Oxford Impact Measurement Programme at the Said Business School, University of Oxford, where he also teaches in the Impact Investing and Impact Finance Innovations executive education courses. He blends practitioner and critical perspectives, drawing on experiences across a range of sectors and regions such as North America, Europe, and Africa.

Rajiv B. Lall

Rajiv Lall is a veteran economist and business leader. He has four decades of experience in academia, international public policy, investment banking, private equity and corporate and retail banking. His expertise spans infrastructure finance, sustainable and impact investing, capital markets, international trade, and macroeconomic policy issues across Southeast Asia, China, Africa, the U.S. and India. He has served on a number of committees of the Government of India and Reserve Bank of India and was India’s representative at the G-20 Working Group on Infrastructure. 

Laurie J. Spengler

Laurie J. Spengler understands that the power of boards is not in what they say but what they do. She is an impact investment banker, board member and active contributor to the impact investing industry. Among current board engagements, Laurie serves as a non-executive director of British International Investment (formerly known as CDC) (the UK DFI), Lendable, a global fintech lender and BRAC Uganda Bank Limited.
